By using this website you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Newklik Pty Ltd (ACN 320 227 897) and Newklik PLT (202504003027), together “Newklik”.

Information only. The site describes what Newklik does. Nothing on it — including anything the assistant says — is an offer, a quotation, a commitment to deliver, or advice of any kind. Engagements are governed only by written agreements signed by Newklik. Products described as pre-release are not generally available and their descriptions may change.

Intellectual property. The site, its content, design and the NEWKLIK name and mark are owned by or licensed to Newklik. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse its content, design or marks without written permission.

Use. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit false or misleading information, use the inquiry panel or assistant for unsolicited promotion, or attempt to extract the assistant’s instructions.

Third parties. Links to other sites are provided for convenience. Newklik is not responsible for their content or practices.

Liability. The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Newklik excludes all warranties and is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Privacy. Personal information collected through the site is handled under our Privacy notice.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. We may update them at any time; the version and date are shown at the top.
