Capabilities
What we deploy.
Five capabilities on one base — systems, interfaces, rails, intelligence and assurance — built from inside the operation they run.
Everything on this page runs on Arah.
Pre-release01
The system of record for the whole operation.
We build the system an organisation runs on — finance, operations, workforce, customers and projects as one record — single- or multi-tenant, with branches and partners isolated inside it.

Covers
- Financial management — ledgers, payables and receivables, budgeting, multi-currency reconciliation, automated reporting
- Supply chain and procurement — vendors, purchase orders, fulfilment
- Inventory and warehouse — stock, locations, serials, work in process, automated replenishment
- Manufacturing and production — planning, master scheduling, bills of materials, shop-floor control, quality
- Customers and pipeline — contacts, leads, quotes, campaigns
- Workforce — records, time, payroll, compliance
- Projects — costs, hours, billing and revenue by job
- Scheduling and rostering under real constraints
- Partner portals that reconcile what was submitted against what was planned
- Marketplaces and memberships
single relational source of record · row-level isolation enforced by the database · every write attributed and timestamped · backend and database snapshots
02
Wherever the work happens, the system is there.
We build the surfaces an operation meets its people through — native apps, field tools, portals, websites and assistants — in the languages they actually speak, and working when the signal isn’t.

Covers
- Native iOS and Android apps
- Field apps with location, navigation and offline queues
- Client, partner and member portals
- Websites and assistants that answer from an organisation’s own material
- Commerce and membership fronts
- Shared documents both parties edit, approve and download on the platform
- Multilingual by default
Expo builds behind server-side feature flags · offline queues reconciled on reconnect · geofenced check-in · language as first-class data on every record
03
Money, messages and claims that go out right the first time.
We connect the operation to the rails it runs through — payment gateways, government claiming, messaging platforms — and generate every invoice, statement and claim from the record rather than retyping it.

Covers
- Payments without touching card data, across multiple gateways and local rails
- Multi-currency reconciliation
- Government claiming and funding rules — claims computed from confirmed work, submission-ready
- Invoices, statements and audit packs generated from the record
- Invoice parsing, format conversion and delivery by email
- Calculation engines — figures computed from the record, not keyed in
- Messaging — SMS, email, push and WhatsApp
- Identity and one-time codes
hosted fields (SAQ A) · idempotency keys and HMAC-verified webhooks · rules versioned by effective date · file-based submission whenever the integration is down
04
Models read, draft and flag. People decide.
We put AI inside the operation where it earns its place — parsing documents, answering from an organisation’s own material, drafting, driving engineering tools — and keep a human on anything that matters. The rest runs on schedule while no one is watching.

Covers
- Document and invoice parsing
- Assistants over an organisation’s own knowledge
- Engineering-tool automation — CAD and design software driven by models
- Outbound and outreach systems
- Scheduled and event-driven automation that retries itself
- Exceptions surfaced for people, never decided by the model
deterministic core, models at the edges · every model action logged · low confidence escalates instead of guessing · inference region-pinned or PII minimised, per privacy regime
05
Built for the day something breaks.
Data stays in-country and stays yours. Isolation is enforced by the database, every action is audited, a bad release rolls back in minutes, and the old system runs beside the new until the numbers agree.

Covers
- In-region hosting and data residency
- Isolation at the database, role model, MFA
- Audit trails and snapshots
- Degraded modes and agreed recovery targets
- Migration with parallel run and reconciliation gates
- Privacy by procedure — impact assessment before production data
- Single sign-on and directory integration with the identity your organisation already runs
- Security documentation on request
expand/contract migrations · point-in-time recovery · CI-only production deploys · read-only legacy retention after cutover · SSO over SAML/OIDC · provisioning from your directory
From one extension to a whole operating platform.
- Extension
- a workflow on a Newklik product
- Module
- one system inside what you already run
- Platform
- the system a business runs on
- Multi-entity platform
- branches, partners or companies on one system, isolated from each other
These are the ones we’ve built. If your problem isn’t on this page, it’s usually a combination of them.
